To view notes in mobile phone, simply click the 'sync' button in SGN toolbar to sync the notes to Simple Mobile CRM. Learn More
To add images or files to the note, you could upload the file to Google Drive first, and then copy the shared URL to the note. Alternatively, you could log into Simple Mobile CRM, and then click the 'Attach a file' link below SGN text area (a note is needed). Learn More
To share the notes to others, one needs to set up a team in Simple Mobile CRM first, then simply mention each other in the note. Learn More
