How It Works (3 Simple Steps)
Step 1: Secure Checkout via Stripe
Click your preferred plan bundle above. You will be redirected to our secure Stripe checkout page. Enter your company billing details and complete the annual payment.
Step 2: Assign Seats Instantly
After a successful payment, log into your new SGN Payment Accounts page. Under your active Multi-Seat subscription, you will see an email management text area. Simply paste your team members' Google/Gmail email addresses—one per line—and click Save emails.
Step 3: Fast Activation
Please allow up to 5 minutes for our servers to fully sync your changes. Once processed, your team members can open their extension settings panel and manually click to sync their subscription status.

💡 Frequently Asked Questions
Does this feature include team collaboration or shared notes? No. Multi-Seat Licensing is an administrative billing utility that allows one person to pay for multiple individual premium accounts. If your team needs shared collaborative folders or central CRM syncing, please check out our dedicated CRM Integration features.
Can I switch or replace team members later? Yes! If an employee leaves your organization, simply log back into the account page, delete their email address from the text block, paste the new team member's email address, and click save. The old user will revert to the free tier, and the new user will instantly claim the available seat.
Can I purchase a subscription for more than 20 users? Yes. For teams larger than 20 users, please contact our support team to arrange a custom enterprise invoice.
