This update seamlessly blends the convenience of Simple Gmail Notes with the powerful collaboration of Simple Mobile CRM. Now, there’s no need to open every email or switch to your CRM—you can see the latest team notes, replies, and discussion summaries directly in your Gmail list (Inbox) view.
1. Install the Extension: Ensure you have the latest version of the Simple Gmail Notes Chrome extension installed.
2. Team Permissions: Log in to Simple Mobile CRM, invite your team members, and ensure note-sharing permissions are enabled.
3. When you add a note and a team member comments on it, the comment will instantly appear in the summary to keep you updated on the latest progress.
3. The summary always displays the most recent content, even when there are multiple comments.
4. Click on the summary to jump directly into the CRM and reply to your team members.
